Shipping and Returns
DELIVERY
Orders are released for shipment after payment is confirmed. Orders are ready for shipment in 1-5 business days (depending on order volume) No delivery is made on Sundays and holidays.
Duration of shipping with DPD:
- Within Austria 1 to 3 business days
- Europe-wide 3 to 8 working days
- Worldwide within 15 working days
Shipping is free from €100 purchase price within Austria and within Germany!
*Except for products of the HAPPY RIDINGS, OIDA VODA & VALI HÖLL collection.
Standard deliveries are made with DPD or FedEx.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
When your package leaves our headquarters, you will receive a confirmation email from us to track exactly where your package is.
This tracking number is to be entered on DPD's website. This will allow you to view the shipping status of your order.
Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for your tracking number to finally be active.
RETURNS
If, for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return period. Please indicate the item you wish to return and the reason for the return on the return form enclosed with the shipment. This return form contains all the necessary details to quickly exchange your item or refund the full amount. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable!

You can drop off your return at any post office. The costs for this are to be paid by the buyer! Unfortunately, we cannot accept freight collect shipments!
After we have received your return we will process it within 7 - 10 business days. The credit will be issued in the same way as the payment was originally made.
If you placed your order with a gift voucher, we will send you the credit in the form of a new voucher and send it to the address provided.
